The Way in a Word..

How would you express the way in a single word?

Love.

A single word that communicates peace, love, and understanding.

It communicates a sense of worth and effort.

A sense of ability to strive for the best and only the best.

Love will capitulate the ALL into the INFINITE.

Blessings to each of you who see this..

Allow the Love into your life.

Demetri

Failure doesn’t beget more failure.. it creates LONG TERM SUCCESS

Have you failed? Try these four steps.

In the meantime, we know that certain steps can be taken so that you find yourself on the winning side of the failure equation. Remember these.

  • Step 1: Recognize and admit failure. With defense mechanisms, you can sometimes deceive yourself into thinking that failure didn’t actually occur. But the unconscious brain is smarter than your conscious cognition. It knows when you messed up. So there’s no point in hiding it. Be sure to take personal responsibility rather than blame the situation.
  • Step 2: Turn off the thinking. At this point, you don’t want to rationalize the failure. Doing so will prevent you learning from it. So avoid the shoulda-coulda-woulda style thinking and begin to embrace the emotions… which leads to the next step.
  • Step 3: Turn on the feelings. Engage with the emotional experience in an adaptive way, with self-compassion. See your emotions by taking a non-judgmental stance. Label them. Give them names, but don’t see them as inherently bad or good.
  • Step 4: Be ready for action. The purpose of emotions — all our emotions — is to prepare you for action. The problem is, some negative emotions actually promote inaction. To overcome failure, steps need to be taken. Things need to get done. If you find your negative affect is characterized by low energy (fatigued, tired, depressed), turn them into sources of high energy negative affect instead (angry, defiant, incensed)

How Meditation changes your brain – and your Life.

How Meditation changes your brain – and your Life.

BY DANIEL GOLEMAN AND RICHARD DAVIDSON

When neuroscientists tested expert meditators, they discovered something surprising: The effect of Buddhist meditation isn’t just momentary; it can alter deep-seated traits in our brain patterns and character. Daniel Goleman and Richard Davidson tell the story of this revolutionary breakthrough in our understanding of how meditation works.

One cool September morning in 2002 a Tibetan monk arrived at the Madison, Wisconsin airport. His journey had started 7,000 miles away at a monastery atop a hill on the fringe of Kathmandu, Nepal. The trip took 18 hours in the air over three days, and crossed ten time zones.

Richie Davidson had met the monk briefly at the 1995 Mind and Life meeting on destructive emotions in Dharamsala, but had forgotten what he looked like. Still, it was easy to pick him out from the crowd. He was the only shaven-headed man wearing gold-and-crimson robes in the Dane County Regional Airport. His name was Mingyur Rinpoche and he had traveled all this way to have his brain assayed while he meditated.

After a night’s rest, Richie brought Mingyur to the EEG room at the Center for Investigating Healthy Minds, where brain waves are measured with what looks like a surrealist art piece: a shower cap extruding a spaghetti of wires. This specially designed cap holds 256 thin wires in place, each leading to a sensor pasted to a precise location on the scalp. A tight connection between the sensor and the scalp makes all the difference between recording usable data about the brain’s electrical activity and having the electrode simply be an antenna for noise.

As Mingyur was told when a lab technician began pasting sensors to his scalp, ensuring a tight connection for each and placing them in their exact spot takes no more than fifteen minutes. But Mingyur, a shaven-headed monk, offered up a bald head, and it turns out such continually exposed skin is more thickened and calloused than one protected by hair. To make the crucial electrode-to-scalp connection tight enough to yield viable readings through thicker skin ended up taking much longer than usual.

Just as Mingyur began the meditation, there was a sudden, huge burst of electrical activity on the computer monitors displaying the signals from his brain.

Most people who come into the lab get impatient, if not irritated, by such delays. But Mingyur was not in the least perturbed, which calmed the nervous lab technician—and all those looking on—with the feeling anything that happened would be okay with him. That was the first inkling of Mingyur’s ease of being, a palpable sense of relaxed readiness for whatever life might bring. The lasting impression Mingyur conveyed was of endless patience, and a gentle quality of kindness.

After spending what seemed like an eternity ensuring that the sensors had good contact with the scalp, the experiment was finally ready to begin. A precise analysis of something as squishy as, say, compassion demands an exacting protocol, one that can detect that mental state’s specific pattern of brain activity amidst the cacophony of the electrical storm from everything else going on. The protocol had Mingyur alternate between one minute of meditation on compassion and thirty seconds of a neutral resting period. To ensure confidence that any effect detected was reliable rather than a random finding, he would have to do this four times in rapid succession.

From the start Richie had grave doubts about whether this could work. Those on the lab team who meditated, Richie among them, all knew it takes time just to settle the mind, often considerably longer than a few minutes. It was inconceivable, they thought, that even someone like Mingyur would be able to enter these states instantaneously, and not need much time to reach inner quiet.

Richie was fortunate that Buddhist scholar John Dunne—a rare combination of scientific interests, humanities expertise, and fluency in Tibetan—volunteered to translate. John delivered precisely timed instructions to Mingyur signaling him to start a compassion meditation, and then after sixty seconds another cue for thirty seconds of his mental resting state, and so on for three more cycles.

Just as Mingyur began the meditation, there was a sudden, huge burst of electrical activity on the computer monitors displaying the signals from his brain. Everyone assumed this meant he had moved; such movement artifacts are a common problem in research with EEG, which registers as wave patterns readings of electrical activity at the top of the brain. Any motion that tugs the sensor—a leg shifting, a tilt of the head—gets amplified in those readings into a huge spike that looks like a brain wave but has to be filtered out for a clean analysis……

Densities of Consciousness and the Seven Kingdoms of Light

“To be granted SIGHT, one must learn how to see first.”

As we peer further inward seeking the systems of advancement lain before us, we recognize patterns that arise within the Quadrivium of Metaphysical Art….

The Number Seven and its Mysterious Application in our Octave:

“In the first density of our current octave, fire and wind teach earth and water to be formed in such a way as to produce the foundation for subsequent biological life.

The second density is the level of consciousness inhabited by bacteria and single-celled organisms in the lower stages to plants and animals in the higher stages. This density’s lessons involve transforming from the random change of first density to a more coherent awareness that facilitates growth and directed movement. As entities progress through the second density, they begin to strive toward the next density of self- consciousness; and as the spirit complex becomes awakened, graduation to the third density becomes possible.

Earth and its human population are currently approaching the end of the third-density cycle, according to the Confederation. In this third density, the density of choice, we have a more highly developed self-awareness that includes the mind, the body, and, for the first time, a fully activated spirit. The function of this density is to polarize our consciousness and to choose our form of love, our form of service. On one end of the spectrum of polarization is service to self: an exclusive love of self which rejectsuniversal love and seeks to control, manipulate, exploit, and even enslave others for the benefit of the self. On the other end of the spectrum isservice to others: a love of not only the self, but of all other-selves. Service to others seeks and embraces universal, unconditional love, sees the Creator in all things, and supports the free will of all. Our lived lives are not so black and white, however, as we strive toward either end of the spectrum of polarity in consciousness.

In congruency with various wisdom traditions of Earth, Ra communicates that we are moving toward a “new age,” or what Ra would call a harvest to the fourth density of love and understanding. This is where the social memory complex is born, where thoughts become things, love becomes visible, and the positive and negative polarities separate from each other to inhabit environments more suited to their respective and divergent courses of evolution.

The fifth density is the density of light, wherein wisdom becomes the focus and criterion for graduation to the next density. The sixth density balances and unifies the love learned in fourth density with the light (wisdom) learned in fifth density and produces a power to serve others that is more effective than that of love or wisdom alone. The seventh density reaches a realm of experience even more difficult to describe. According to Ra it is the density of “foreverness,” and here we begin to move into total harmony with the One Creator. The eighth density represents the complete coalescence of all of the creation with the One Creator and can be viewed as the first density of a new octave, similar in arrangement to the notes on a musical scale. The fruits of this octave will eventually give birth to another octave of densities, whose fruits will give birth to another octave of densities, and so on, infinitely.” (L/L Research – The Ra Contact)

We must look at the configuration of our beings and our placement in the cosmos as notes and tones of the sacred poetry that IS infinitely inward, and infinitely outward.

My life path in numerology is a 7 – as I came to know this path, I began noticing that Seven is a major number in our experience in the way it expresses its divinity as a being. “When one comes to know the universe as if it has a face, One will have began the process of unification of the Soul.”

“Number 7 resonates with the vibrations and energies of the ‘Collective Consciousness’, faith and spirituality, spiritual awakening and awareness, spiritual enlightenment, spiritual acceptance and development, mysticism, intuition and inner-knowing, inner-wisdom, psychic abilities, the esoteric, inner-selves, deep contemplation, introspection, eccentric, religion, thoughtfulness, understanding of others, natural healer and healing, secrets, myth, ritual, peace, poise, emotions and feelings, inner-strength, endurance and perseverance, persistence of purpose, the ability to bear hardships, quick-wit, the loner, solitary, isolation, long-sighted, the non-conformist, independence and individualism, intentions, manifesting and manifestation in time and space, good fortune, mental analysis, philosophy and the philosophical, technicality, scientific research, science, alchemy, genius, a keen mind, specialising and the specialist, the inventor, determination, the written word, logic, understanding, discernment and discerning, knowledge-seeking, study, education and learning, writing and the writer, evolution, stability, the ability to set limits, completion, refinement, stoicism, silence, perfection, chastity, dignity, ascetic, rigor, ahead of the times.”

As a seven, there is an inner drive, an endless burn of passion that drives me to further the discovery of our spiritual existence. I feel that there is a support of the seven archangels in my journey and experience and that I have come to develop a deep an lasting commitment to the service of this planet.

Work With Me

I developed a deep TRUST for the work that I do in just coming here to BE me. Letting go of the need to SEEK in a WAY that disempowered my being-ness. I had to learn how to listen to the more subtle energies.

“Let us for a moment consider thought. What is it, my friends, to take thought? Took you then thought today? What thoughts did you think today? What thoughts were part of the Original Thought today? In how many of your thoughts did the creation abide? Was love contained? And was service freely given?

You are not part of a material universe. You are part of a thought. You are dancing in a ballroom in which there is no material. You are dancing thoughts. You move your body, your mind, and your spirit in somewhat eccentric patterns, for you have not completely grasped the concept that you are part of the Original Thought.” (The Ra Contact – L/L Research)

I had to learn how to dance in the ballroom of thought, with each thought that I “took.”

As we begin to decipher the conscious application of our presence that IS the INFINITE, we are able to create pathways and build bridges in between these DENSITIES.

My experience has been one of “threading the needle” in between the different levels of consciousness. We risk everything us travelers/wanderers…

You can take the test here to see if you are a traveler/wanderer.

Intuition and the Energy Healer of Tomorrow

INTUITION AND THE ENERGY HEALER OF TOMORROW

Research Supports the use of intuition in at least a limited capacity for subtle — and maybe even all — energy work. Norman Shealy, MD, for example, published a study referencing the work of eight psychics to diagnose seventeen patients. These diagnoses were 98 percent accurate in making personality diagnoses and 80 percent correct in determining physical conditions.

Research done by the HearthMath Research Center at the Institute of HeartMath in California is corroborating the existence of intuition and its accuracy. Most of its studies showcase the heart as a key intuitive center, responding even to information about the future. As an example, the heart decelerates when receiving futuristic, calming stimuli versus agitating emotional stimuli.

A myriad of issues are involved in using intuition for energy work, including questions about boundaries; the importance or applicability of the information; accuracy of interpretation; the unpredictable and changeable nature of the future; the effects of the information the recipient (i.e., to “prove” or “disprove” the data); and overriding all of these, the intuitive skills of the energy professional.

Regardless of the inexact nature of intuition, a professional should not be embarrassed to exercise intuition in his or her trade. Energy work is an art and has traditionally encompassed intuition.

A CHAKRA-BASED APPROACH TO INTUITION

Intuition

One of the most accessible ways to explore and increase psychic gifts is through a chakra-based approach. As I have proposed and described in other books, each of twelve major chakras houses a different type of psychic ability. Psychic talent is the raw ability to gather, decode, and send psychic information. Individual chakras operate on different vibratory bands; therefore each one works with a different type of psychic information. Psychic Energy is simply a waste version of energy than sensory. What a person “picks up” or “gives off” can be translated into physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual energies of considerable impact — negative or positive.

OUR GIFTS:

We all have different innate gifts — and more-powerful versus less-powerful chakras By evaluating which chakras are your strongest, you can also determine which psychic gifts are most available for your use.
This theory emphasizes that, while everyone is psychic, not everyone uses his or her innate gifts in an appropriate or healthy manner. Variour issues, perhaps from childhood, culture, experiences, or religion upbringing, might create problems with psychic boundaries. Perhaps the fields around the body do not filter incoming psychic energy in a helpful fashion. Maybe internal programming is distorting the chakra’s ability correctly collect, interpret, or disseminate psychic data Quite often, energy professionals are “too psychic,” in that they absorb psychic information that is unhelpful or dangerous to themselves. This creates psychic boundary problems, which can be addressed by shifting from being psychic to being intuitive. This involves setting mindful, emotional, and energetic parameters to control the flow of energy in and out of the chakras and auric fields.

The Following Chart shows which psychic gifts are located within each chakra, how the gifts work when unfiltered, and how they shift when the operator develops intuitive boundaries.

CHAKRA PSYCHIC GIFT POSITIVE PSYCHIC NEGATIVE PSYCHIC  INTUITIVE GIFT
FIRST Physical sympathy (a factor in psychometry, dowsing, psychic surgery, kinesiology, telekinesis, and hands-on healing) Senses others’ physical problems and the reasons for them.  Absorbs others’ illnesses and physical conditions and cannot get rid of them Physical Empathy: registers others’ physical conditions but releases them; can help heal them.
SECOND Feeling sympathy Feels others’ emotions and can decipher them. Absorbs others’ feelings and hold them in own body Feeling empathy: reads others’ emotions and can help heal them
THIRD Mental Sympathy (Clairsentience) Knows what others are thinking or believe Thinks that others’ beliefs or thoughts are one’s own Mental Empathy: Determines belief-system causes of others’ issues and provides clarification
FOURTH Relational Sympathy (a factor in hands-on healing) Can sense others’ needs and desires; can channel energy for healing Assumes responsibility for others’ needs, onset desires, and healing Relational Empathy: can determine others’ needs and provide assistance but invites divine help for the rest.
FIFTH Verbal Sympathy (Also called channeling, transmediumship, telepathy, and clairaudience) Can receive data form another person or spirit, as well as tones, music, or sounds Cannot separate own thoughts from those outside of the self; can be overtaken by spirits Verbal empathy: controls opening and shutting for receiving communication.
SIXTH Visual Sympathy (clairvoyance, futuring, precognition, use of “the sight”, remote viewing, reading the aura) Sees images, visions, pictures, colors, with eyes or inner sight No control over flow or type of images; often mainly negative; cannot interpret what is real Visual Empathy: Receives revelation when needed able to interpret; can heal others with visions.
SEVENTH Spiritual Sympathy (also called prophecy and a factor in intentionality, prayer, meditation) Can Sense consciousness development, purpose, destiny, or spiritual guides of others Vulnerable to spiritual attacks; overly affected by evil or negativity; sense of powerlessness Spiritual empathy: manages access to higher guides to help self or others; uses prayer, meditation, intention toward healing.
EIGHTH Shamanic sympathy (a factor in soul journeying, remote viewing, retrocognition, projection, precognition, the exorcism or summoning of spirits, and work with restrictions) Walks between worlds and dimensions; not bounded by time — past, present, or future Vulnerable to entities and issues from other worlds, people, and own past lives Shamanic Empathy: can connect to or visit other worlds and dimensions to obtain information or healing energy or conduct energy and entity shifts.
NINTH Soul Sympathy Can tell what is going on in others’ souls Takes on others’ soul issues or global problems Soul Empathy: Senses others’ soul needs or global needs and determines how to create harmony
TENTH Natural Sympathy ( a factor in natural-based healing) Links with elements, beings, and energies of the natural world Becomes a bit of natural elements, beings, and energies Natural empathy: receives and can share information and healing energies from the natural world.
ELEVENTH Force Sympathy Conduit for natural and energetic forces, such as wind or spiritual beings Run by outside forces, leading to extreme negativity or out-of-control power Force empathy: can pick and choose which forces to use, tap into, and direct for positive change.
TWELFTH Personal Aptitudes (Special and unique abilities related to one’s specific purpose — similar to the siddhi abilities discuss in esoteric texts.) Differs person to person but always further directed use of the psychic for a higher purpose (Example: A teacher could decide to “receive” the psychic data to conduct a particular lesson; the intuitive process allows for control of subject matter whereas the psychic does not. Differs person to person but is an extension of personality traits (Example: if someone has a keen memory and is a teacher, this would involve psychic ability to “hear” data related to subject matter; this unfiltered process can expose the teacher to inaccurate or ineffective data.  Differs person to person but always helps others achieve their spiritual purpose (Example: A teacher would “ receive” only the psychic information that would meet the highest ends of his or her students.

A few definitions for those that may not fully understand the nomenclature/terminology:

Retrocognition: Knowledge of the Past

Shamanic Work: The Art or energetic walking between worlds and dimensions with full access to all intuitive abilities, usually while in an altered state. Abilities might include entity detection or exorcism; dealing with possession (an attachment to an entity or a part of it) or recession (part of the self is in something or someone else); Soul Retrieval and healing (the soul or part of it is absent from the body): delivering people from energetic bindings, such as cords (energetic contracts between two or more people or souls), or life cords (attachments between two or more parts of the self); codependent bargains (energy contracts where only one of the members gains); and curses (negative energy fields that hold one or more in bondage.

Spiritual Techniques: The use of connection with a divine or nonlocal reality to induce change, including the use of religious prayer, intercessory prayer, non-directed prayer, non-local healing, meditation, and contemplation.

Telepathy: Mind-reading.

Visualization: Clairvoyance or perception of images, spirits, visions, or dolors; reading the aura (energy field around the body); various types of perceiving (or creating) the future or the past, including foretelling, precognition, and recognition; and remote viewing, the ability to perceive what is going on outside of the self, sometimes at great distances.

One of the newest words in the lexicon of subtle energy healing is intentionality. This involves the projection of awareness toward a desired outcome or object. In many ways, it is the sum total of the psychic abilities that one possesses. If you set a positive and noble intention, your intuitive abilities will naturally align to help achieve it.

…………

As explored, as healers are energy healers. Following a code of ethics serves the healer as well as the patient. Subtle energy healers so commonly use intuition that it’s important to add an additional level of ethics, one seeped in knowledge, practical application, and boundaries.
